If maxkicks are enabled, a detected user is kicked and won't be kicked/banned if they rejoin within 10 seconds, previously the bot only re-scanned after they rejoined again or sent a message. Re-coded how the bot determines the latest power and updates the latest power tags. It now does so much more efficiently to 1. Ping xat's server much less 2. Fixed bot power ID changer on panel. If your bot has the error that it can't join xat due to bot power, you will have the option to have the panel update it for you by simply providing the chat password. The scheduled script to update all powers has been modified to run more often. A webhook was added so the fairtrade API forces an update. Improved !misc active so when they get staff, badged, demoted, etc, it will not reset the users time. Also made it so it only resets when they are gone for longer than 1 minute.

Improved the speed of loading logs, it will also show a loading image now, rather than a frozen screen loading a table. Added ranks to all logs. Fixed storing duplicates with command logs.
